Anterior epistaxis is more common whereas posterior epistaxis is more dangerous (usually an elderly hypertensive patient). Nose picking and foreign bodies are common causes of nosebleed.

However, you could went into a bit more details about the anterior (Kiesselbach's) and posterior (Woodruff's) plexuses from which the bleeding occurs, as well as mention the emergency management for epistaxis (first aid) and other management modalities (i.e sphenopalatine artery ligation). Thanks ...but my dear friend: do not forget that hypertension is usually a reflex to the epistaxis i.e it is not the cause but the result of epistaxis and many many times the blood pressure becomes normal after cessation of the bleeding without starting antihypertensive medications.
