Important note: Don't lean too far forward as it can make the bleeding worse. Make sure you keep your nose above your heart.

2. You can lean a lil bit back but if you tilt your head to far you can choke on your blood (or you can tilt forward)

3. Hold your nose for about 30 mins

4. While holding your nose put a ice pack or ice in a baggy on your neck.

5.finally if none of this works you need to get medical help 🤍
