Low carb, low sugar, more vegetables fixed this for me. I used to get random nosebleeds all the time.

Don't forget vitamin C deficiency, that's what caused my bleeding nose and gums. I drink freshly squeezed lemon juice a few times a week now, and haven't had a bleed in years!

The spraying of Chemtrails also causes nosebleeds.

I had chronic nosebleeds throughout my youth and never "grew out of it" as doctors hoped. In my mid 20's a nutritionalist suggested it may be a vitamin B complex deficiency. Put me on a "milkshake" of brewers yeast, lecithin granules, & protein powder + a few other items - awful taste but I stuck with it! As long as I did one per week, no more nosebleeds! Now I take 5 or 6 brewers yeast tablets every other day with a meal and that keeps them away. If I stop for a couple months, they start coming back until I get back on the tablets! Works for me...

My mother has non-alcoholic cirrhosis with pancreatic cancer. I found blood all over the floor one day and she told me she has nosebleeds twice a day. This video explains it all. Thank you for this information.

#9...a deviated septum. One nostril grows nearly shut increasing the velocity of air that causes nose to excessively dry...then it bleeds.

My ten year old brother had frequent nosebleeds. He was diagnosed with leukaemia and died within a year. This was back in the late 1970's. I always wondered why his nose always bled. Thanks for the clarity Dr. Berg. I clicked so fast on this video.

Hey dr berg, can you talk about the storage of vitamins and minerals?
Like how long are they stored, what is needed to store more from the foods that youre eating, what prevents storing it, and where are they stored?

My son would get nosebleeds almost daily when he was a child. His pediatrician said it was likely because he picked his nose, but it often happened while he was sleeping or just spontaneously when he wasn’t picking his nose, and would gush. There were blood stains on a lot of his clothes and bedding. I’ve always wondered if there was something more serious going on, like some kind of deficiency. 🤔

Thank you for posting this video! My son gets nose bleeds, mostly during the summer months, but I do realize he doesn't eat a lot of veggies for whatever reason during that time!
Merry Christmas to you and your family, Dr Berg! ♥️

My ex used to get this all the time only in the winter and only when really stressing. Dry air makes sense if it irritates the sinuses

My understanding is that aspirin thins the blood but NOT Tylenol as stated in the video. Please clarify. Thanks

#9: Walking into a door. #10 Mouthing off. Both of these can also lead to a nose bleed.

A couple of years before my first husband passed, he had a hideous nosebleed that started on his job. It was more of a hemorrhage. He was in the hospital for a few days and before it stopped, a transfusion was being considered. I don't remember the doctor saying exactly what caused it, but we were willing to go to surgery to get a better look . It was the scariest thing we ever experienced. He said that his paternal grandmother had a couple of them too...really scary stuff.
