When I was 6 years old I lean my head backwards when I have a nosebleed but still I didn't vomit, I didn't have nausea and I didn't choke.

My blood takes a long time to clot, which makes my bloody noses so bad to the point where I feel lightheaded. Luckily, it only happens when allergies are bad. Since my nose bleeds so heavy, pinching my nose makes is bleed faster, so I just reccomend pushing a folded tissue against the nostril, and resting for a couple minutes.
