Challenge completed! I loved the whole body workouts, I feel so much stronger. I would love a core and back challenge. Because of the nursing and carrying my back bothers me sometimes but when I do regularly your exercises it is way better.

I loved this workout! It went by so fast! If your open to suggestions, I would love see more videos related to posture. My posture needs alot of improvement. My hips are always pushing back (ie my butt is always pushed out) and my shoulders tend to concave forward from the effects of breastfeeding. I would love to see videos related to this issue.

I love these challenges! I am 3 monthy pp and I was feeling a bit depressed until I started the july challenge! Now I wake up before the kids and do the video of the day and that keeps me happy and energized the whole day! I also this progress bar that you have added! It motivates me somehow even more!

I have to say I am not a yoga or pilates girl I find them boring (runner until 6months preg in moth pregnancies and started again last time 6 months pp) but I always did this bodypump class at the gym. This reminds me so much of itand the time flies!

Great content and with the challenges Indo not need to spend 5 mins searching for a video I just click the one for the day ❤ (except if it is yoga haha) I would also love some 30 mins plus videos with weights or with baby wearing ❤❤❤❤❤
