I love this one! by far my favorite. I wasn't dying but at the end I was sweating which I love. it was also really fun! keep up with the kick boxing workouts please!!

This felt so good. And it was not so long, I got too winded. I already loved kickboxing with some modifications in person, and in Zoom, but this felt really good as a shorter at home, alone workout.
