I seriously can not thank you guys enough! Fitness blender has changed my life and I have lost more than 13 pounds since starting your workouts along with clean eating. I love these kickboxing ones.They are fun and they make me respect boxers and martial artists more for all the training they do. Man those pivoting squats are always hellish for me. Kelli you are an angel. It's a pleasure working out with you. You are an awesome trainer. Looking forward to tomorrow. Well the day after tomorrow. Tomorrow it is weight training. Thanks again. I have to admit- I tried one of your kickboxing workouts a while ago and HATED it. I felt like a floppy mess, just got really frustrated, and swore that style wasn't for me. One of your 5 day challenges had a day with kickboxing, and I gritted my teeth through it, but then found by the end that it wasn't so bad. As long as I kept moving, did my best and didn't get too hung up on doing it 'perfectly', it was kind of enjoyable. So I tried this one today, a little anxious that I might hate it again, but I am pleased to report that I loved it! The moves aren't too complicated and you get your sweat on FAST. Ok, Kelli and Daniel, you've converted me to kinda liking kickboxing. I don't know about your other kickboxing workouts, but I do know this one belongs in my faves and I WILL be back to it with some regularity. Great workout in minimal time, even for those of us who are a bit skeptical about the kickboxing bit.

Nothing in this world can compare to the feeling you feel doing this/when you complete it. I have been really unmotivated/lazy lately, eating crap food day in day out which made me stop exercising properly for about 1.5 months.
This is my second day back and i feel great! Those who have lost motivation just kick yourself in the ass and throw yourself right in it, once it's done, its done. Then the next day you will feel so motivated to do more!
