I'm someone who is suffering from anxiety and body imaging issuses. I enjoy kickboxing workouts for them helping me vent my emotions. I had first doubted this workout since the intensity was less than the previous one I used to do. But I have to say, this workout helped me calm down and also help me sweat. I just did it one day and will be continuing for probably 3 months.

Its taken me 14 days instead of 12 to complete this so far, but I'm actually starting to enjoy it! I managed to do a whole round of jumping (normally can only do 15 seconds before my lungs start crying). Thank you!!
