Warren police Commissioner Bill Dwyer provided an update after an 8-year-old boy, his 10-year-old brother, and two officers were shocked by a downed wire.

Just for clarity, whenever this officer says "executed" he *means* electrocuted. Those poor little kids! The previous video of one of them on the way to the hospital was heart wrenching; that poor little guy was in a world pf pain.

My heart breaks for these children and the courageous officers that put their lives in danger rescuing and getting these children to hospital. May God bless and protect them always. I saw the video. These officers are heroes. This story should be broadcast on every news channel.

That was a heroic outstanding, no hesitation action by those Officers, and the brother!!! Those officers deserve to be decorated with the highest local, county and State Awards. They should be also recognize by Federal Authorities.
Our country needs Heroes like this in these times✅🇺🇸

I'm glad that the officers were honoured in recognition of their quick thinking and their bravery but I really think that the older kid brother deserves his own medal. He really tried to help his brother in the most horrifying of circumstances.
This sort of thing can happen anywhere. It's pretty terrifying...

Thats why we cut the power when a line comes down below 12 feet, let alone across a street. No protocol is not to rope off the area and leave.
