Officer charged for punching jail inmate in Warren

A Warren police officer is on unpaid leave and facing charges after he punched an inmate in the face, threw him to the ground, and slammed his head violently on the ground.

I saw three officers attacking the inmate. One was hitting the other two helped hold down the attacker. I dont care what they said they did nothing to stop the attack.

That officer just might be in for some karma if that young man is connected with family and friends. Punches to the face, slamming head to the ground. That looked more like attempted murder or so much damage as to put the victim in a coma. That should be a 10 million dollar lawsuit.

It's been seen in that college experiment, when someone is given power over others lives, over time they feel like God, and look at others who aren't in they're position as being sub human. There should be a term limit for police officers, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Correctional officer should be held 100% liable for this action. He should loose his job for sure, along with the Warden, Deputy Warden and County Solicitor. The two police officers should also be charged with aiding in the assault. Neither one of them tried to stop the Correctional officer from the incident. All should face a civil penalty. This inmate should be paid dearly for his suffering. If I were him there would be no settlement it would go to a federal grand jury for indictment. I would never settle for less than $25, 000, 000.00.
That guard is worthless and you can bet he has done this before. Why would you sucker punch a man and then smash his head into the concrete?
