I’m 22, and I am a licensed massage therapist working at a chiropractors office.
I have never had a chiropractic adjustment in my life, up until October of last year (as a perk of working at the company). Now I get adjusted 5-6 days a week. It really makes a difference providing the relief to the clients.
Because posture, sitting habits, and many other factors can attribute to the pain someone might feel.
also for me, the “cracks” are quite satisfying.

I noticed this legs are together and then after the decompression his legs look like they're more relaxed, that was intense to hear his entire spine crack, so satisfying to see someone get instant relief, truly amazing 😁
