I love how Dr. Gregory Johnson has inspired so many & has popularized “the ring dinger”. Not only did he create the term ring dinger, but he also created the entire method of having the patient lay on their back while he pulls the head upwards to decompress the spine. He also created the use of the poles at the hip to further the decompression. The man is a game changer. I just hope the chiropractors that use his method pay homage in some sort of way by tagging him or mentioning him in some sort of way.

I’ve been to a chiropractor after the doctor told me I needed son my spine. 3 times I went to see the chiropractor. Never had issues again. I highly recommend you try going before any surgery. Doctors know some, but they don’t know it all.

I have got a accident in September 2023, after my back start paining worsen than worse.i went to hospital in India, doctor said to me your number fourth spinal got slightly dislocated, he said no need to operation.just a take a pain killer pills, you are young man after a few months it will change.but still i have a big back pain.could you please advice me can i try this one, will it clear my back pain.okay thanks.

Fatality 💀, sounds amazing, but this is one of ring dinger doctor that pulls very hard. Maybe he should do 2-3 pulls per session. I’ve seen other chiros do it.
