ASMR really helps me.. it's pretty similar to that last one you said with different sounds. You should YouTube it.. 😊 bit weird at first, but once you find what's best for you, it really works

I have commented before that I have TERRIBLE anxiety! That is what causes my insomnia. I stayed up all night last night and most of the day today and I was EXHAUSTED but I just could not sleep. I laid in bed trying and trying to fall asleep. I literally couldn’t keep my eyes open and yet my body couldn’t get comfortable and I just couldn’t fall asleep. It was that kind of “so tired you can’t sleep” kinda thing. Sometimes I have to take my prescription prn anxiety meds just to sleep but they’re super strong and I don’t like having t9 out that into my body and so, Erie said if I, really really bad even that doesn’t help. I’ve been leaving my tv on all night long lately and it’s seemed to help idk just not feeling so alone with my own thoughts has seemed to help a little. I think I get really over stimulated and as well I have to eat before bed because my subconscious mind will literally wake me up if I’m hungry. Also a night shower person. The thought of getting into my clean bed after being out all day in the “germy community” makes me feel disgusting. I also have ocd though so lol
