I have panic disorder and GAD and a zillion other things wrong but weighted blanket really helps, although I can't use it ATM as it's too warm. 😢❤

4 am almost time to work . I'm tired but I only like to sleep 6 am til noon ... Then I nap at evening. I noticed not sleeping at night is tired. No matter how much sleep u get in day time
