Cycle of cardio:

- Start lifting and bulk.
- Gain too much weight.
- Realize you're out of breath like a chain smoker when you climb 3 stairs.
- Start jogging.
- Ruin your knees because your weight is full.
- Resort to the elliptical.
- Realize that all the guys at the gym realized you have long hair with a ponytail and your heavy squat banging butt looks juicy af with that tail swinging.
- Stop doing cardio. 😔
- Accept you're going to probably live 5 years less but who cares on this planet.

Even as a lifter person, slow jogging is super easy for every being that is capable of walking and easily gets you between 150 to 300 intensity minutes a months to keep your heart healthy in the long run

This even carries over to fighting. I stopped lifting to take up muay thai and you can do infinite rounds of sparring but you STILL never want to train cardio

Honestly, I find a 5 minute jog to be great for warm up and post workout recovery. All PR, no soreness.
