Even 25 lbs feels light when it's in Noel's hand

How Noel makes duets with himself is beyond me. Absolutely legendary content.

Not many people know this but these videos aren't edited, Noel is so big he just fits in both of the frames perfectly.

Every single video this man puts out is incredibly wholesome and uplifting.
And I don't even go to the gym

This guy single handedly motivated me to touch grass. I will forever be grateful.

im 270+ guy with 6'2" height; been a fat kid for almost my entire life. it was hard for me to make new friends, to socialize and to even talk to people in general. as of now im 24 and i never visited any parties, clubs or events in my life other than family functions. this fatbody made me feel insecure, anxious and low; even after 2 years of the pandemic; i use to spend my entire day sitting in my room but from last month; i have joined the gym and making progress; use to cycle around the city early morning fearing people would judge a guy of my height & scale cycling around and stuff. hope to achieve a good body and a stable happy mind this time fr. thanks for inspiring me br; respect for you and everyone here.

As a friend once told me: "It's not about how much you lift, it's about how well you do the exercise"

Really appreciate advice like this. Whenever I’m lifting at the gym people will tell me I need to do 20 instead of 10, which never made sense to me. Thanks for clarifying.

I'm just starting my journey, I've lost nearly 35 lbs and I'm just running and doing pushups rn. I'm moving soon so I'll get a gym membership when possible. But when I started running it was just trying to reach goals, now it's achieving the correct form and learning pacing, irregardless of distance.
(Ps, thank you for the encouraging comments!)
Edit: as of Jan 19 2023 it's 45 lbs😁

That's true. Your body responds to stress. Don't ego lift, just lift and be consistent.

I've found you and 1 or two other guys very inspirational, resigned from my work a month ago, have enough saved up not to stress till next year.

Was just generally feeling shit about life, you kept popping up on my feed..., decided to get a gym membership, i go 2 days on, one day off and feel genuinely amazing atm.

Just a thank you, to let you know what you do is massively appreciated.

Noel is the best bodybuilding “influencer” because he is so kind and explains it all so thoroughly 🙏
