Day 26.

Our final full day of harvest.

Sad day for me. The organized chaos that harvest is all about also creates a tremendous letdown when it’s over.

I’m feeling it.

Kudos to Nick for today’s drone footage!!!!

When I was young, an old timer said "You have to stop and smell the roses." Now I'm an old timer and finally understand.
Another interesting video & tractor pull. Thanks.

That's great you got to go to the fair. Always a great time. Glad to see you getting it done and all that wil be left is the good-byes, the hughs, and a few tears. Thanks for letting me ride on this trip. It's always sad to see the end of harvest with all the people that made it happen. Now comes the fun stuff of hauling, chem fallow, getting the drills ready for winter wheat. The cycle begins again.

Hi from Iowa today. Thanks for another great video Tracey and Jim and everyone. Hard to believe you getting to the end of wheat harvest season. I don’t want it to end but that is life. Believe you said one more day of cleaning up some fields and things like that.

Thanks to Nick again for the amazing drone footage work. The scenery along those ravines and bluffs is just incredible and absolutely Wow. What unbelievable
The video you put together using your camera work and Nick’s footage is just so beautiful and

Seeing these fields planted around all of these ravines and bluffs is just so incredible; using every inch of flat ground to plant the seeds. Wow.
The scenery today was especially beautiful with all the changes in the landscape views.
Honestly, brings tears to my eyes to see the combine’s operating in this beautiful

So pleased you all got to go to the county fair in Montana. What a unique experience to do that and a nice bus ride besides. The video shots from the fair were most enjoyable. Thanks for doing that Tracey. Nice to have a little break in the action to do the fair.
That to Brent for arranging that time to do that and the nice bus.

Looking forward to another day of final harvest time. What ever else you can film beyond that is appreciated. I am probably guessing you will have a few days of getting everything straightened up after harvest and some time to unwind before hooking up to the RV and head to Nebraska.

From the heart this harvest experience has been a highlight of my life since becoming disabled. Tracey, you and Jim have given me the opportunity to see the harvest first hand and be a part of it through your You have made my everyday a bright spot in my life!!!! Just has been an amazing journey!!!!’ Looking forward to a few more days and hoping for some footage on your journey

Will see you tomorrow for the cleanup day of wheat harvest
You all take care and be safe.
Heartfelt thanks for the opportunity to ride along with you.
May God watch over you and Jim.

The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

Another super film and as they say 'everything changes but it stays the same'. Sat in thatvery same stand at that same event 37 years ago and it was just as it was! Wasn't expecting that wee nostalgic trip! ❤

Like so many others, I will miss your daily videos and comments from the fields and the farm. The views of so many of the activities it takes to harvest a crop are really great. And I greatly enjoyed your showing the Chouteau County Fair and the truck pulls! As I have said before I am from Fort Benton and this really is part of living there. (Side note: the announcer at the truck pulls is my brother, so it made it real special!). Safe travels to your home and hope to see you and Jim back for another season next year!

Thank you Tracy and entire crew! You just don’t know how much each days videos mean to me! Never take farming for granted! My dad would be so proud of Dennis and Brett as are my brothers and I.
We look forward to your return and hope you have a safe trip home! Wish I would have gotten to met you last year. 🎉🎉🎉

Thank you all for your efforts, and you Tracy for documenting it. Dad was career USN. Every transfer to a new Duty Station, had Mom driving across country. I always wondered why/how people lived in middle America. Starting in my college days, in the 60's, until now, I've appreciated those who feed us. I'll miss your daily posts, but as they say, "another one's in the can"!!!
