Join Adriene on Day 26 of The 30 Days of Yoga journey! Earth Practice. Say whaaa? In this practice we use the earth to connect, ground, stretch, and lift from. We learn another pranayama or breath technique and of course, have a little fun with a full body practice.

This 20 min yoga sequence has it all! It invites you to go deeper. Re-connect to home, ease, and mother earth. Yeah, I said it. Simple meditation pose is there for you. This yoga sequence also invites you to get low and be human. Explore all lines of movement with the support of the earth. We will stretch, open, and remove stress that has manifested in the body. We will tend to the feet and trek into the unknown! We will connect to our core - and keep returning back to the breath - reconnecting to YOU.

I never felt better than when I first did these 30 days in a row, back in 2017. I am on my 26th day in a row now, having started again in 2025. Happy to say I am getting that feeling back.

I'm pausing the video to publicly acknowledge what a fantastic role model Adriene is. Between 4 and 5 minutes she recognizes she might have made a mistake when guiding our crescent moon shape. Instead of showing any disappointment in herself, she says "I'm human...Very sorry" with a certain sincerity. Then... she moves right on. We can all learn a lesson there to not beat ourselves up over silly mistakes we sometimes make. We're HUMAN! Adriene seems like the chillest. Thank you for sharing your yoga with us.

I, like a lot of people, have started this during isolation as a good mindful use of my time. I even convinced my wife to do it with me. It has been so lovely, I have loved your spirit and energy and am feeling more mindful of my body and more bendable than I originally thought I was. I'm a bit sad we're in the final stretch now but I'm excited to see how my yoga practice grows!

I started this 30 day yoga challenge in 2017 with my best friend. We were trying to motivate each other to be healthier and more productive. We wanted to improve our lives, we wanted to feel happier! And it was fun to do yoga together! Shortly after we started, my best was killed in a biking accident. The past few years have been really hard for me. I was so unhappy, for so many reasons. About a year ago, I was so tired and so sick, I was addicted to drugs, I wasn't eating or getting out of bed. A couple more big, really tough, things came my way, and then I finally decided I needed a change..So I started to! It has been a slow journey, and 2020 has been hard too, really hard.... but I haven't let myself slip! 26 days ago my mom sent me a link to day 1 of your 30 day yoga challenge, I honestly broke down crying. It was hard to start it again without my friend, but now on day 26 I feel so proud and so happy and I miss her so much but I know she would be proud and happy too. I feel a special connection to these videos and it has made my practice so fulfilling. I appreciate you, Adriene so much, you are such a bright soul! beaming! You have helped me a lot. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

This might be too honest, but as a person who struggles with disordered eating, this is doing wonders for me. I usually think of exercise exclusively as a means to expand calories. But when I get on the mat, I forget about that. Instead of constantly thinking "Now I've burnt x many calories", I feel like I can fully inhabit and feel my body and its movements for a little while without my mind getting in the way.

I used to give up on exercise when things got hard, because I could only focus on how I wished I looked and that's frankly not a very good motivation. Just makes you feel bad. (SO BAD). But this doesn't feel that way at all; it feels fun and playful, even when it's challenging. Has pretty much changed my entire relationship with exercise, and helps relieve so much stress.

Adriene, I am so excited to tell you how awesome this 30 days has been! I had a tumor removed due to breast cancer - and a year later the scar tissue was still painful. I was stretching yesterday and realized that the pain is GONE! The 'yummy' workouts with you and your reassurance to personalize the practice and listen to my body really has changed how I feel. Thank you for making these available and keeping them fun!

So far I didn''t miss any practice and this has been amazing for a person who has never done yoga before. I love the ease that comes all over me when I'm done with the sessions and I love that I'm caring for my body and doing what feels good instead of judging it. Thank you Adriene.

Adriene, the changes I have seen in my body doing yoga with you every morning for about 6 weeks now is truly remarkable. The the discomfort in my back has decreased so much and because of that my posture has improved and it is much easier to sit up. I really loved this 30 day journey with you and I look forward to starting another soon!

Thank you so much. I learn so much each day. I'm more flexible, I'm stronger. My independent practice at the end of the session is growing and developing. I also find calmness that often eludes me. We started late, and skipped several days, but we are learning how to fit it in. Our lives are better for it.
