Drop into the moment today with this special practice that invites you to pull back another layer and look inside. This session asks us to look at our patterns and to take stock of our habitual side and its power. The tools of yoga invite you to get in the habit of keeping the things that work for you and gaining the awareness to notice the things that aren’t working for you.

It’s about listening and responding.

Keep what works, let go of what doesn’t serve.

In this practice, we continue to work from the center and the midline, still working to nurture a strong foundation in order to build strength from within.

Seems like everyone else has been practicing Home for a long time. Comments from 2 years ago still resonate with me. My daughter spoke about this yoga series and I have been doing it mostly each day - life intrudes sometimes - but like many of the other comments, I can see improvement and am building strength as well. Not too shabby for a 74 yr old! Thanks Adriene, for your kindness and encouragement.

"I AM STRONG"

I practiced yoga for a long time and I believed that plank was "hard" so I didn't do it. Early in this journey Adriene said, "whisper to yourself 'I am strong'." Now I just assume that if it's time to plank I can do it because, yes, I am strong.

This is life altering and I'm ever so grateful! Thank you, Adriene! 🖤🧘🏾‍♀️

I want to keep the excitement of finally being able to transition from cobra to plank... no having to do half plank or table top to downward dog... oh my God... for the first time today I was able to push up to plank and ease myself down slowly... today felt amazing. Thank you for this amazing practice Adriene. ❤

I love the monthly series but when I’m feeling lost and need the right center I open the app and 95% of the time the right practices presents itself to me!! ❤️⭐️ Today was the Most perfect fit for my whole being! Out of the Blue and quite random. Spiritual and cosmic timing. Feeling centered and released from keeping unnecessaries. Thanks Adriene!!!!

Look at the amazing amount of peace and kindness from all over the world meeting on this channel. Not a single mean comment. Not a single hint of anger, hate, or rage. Just happy people from all walks of life coming together as one. Just goes to show that there is a medium that encourages the behaviors and feelings of us as people. Coming to channels such as this that promote peace and love for ones self and others. And then the media that encourages hate and other not-to-mentions. I just wish everyone could love one another as we do here. So thank you Adriene and thank you to every single one of you here who loves and is finding that peace that hopefully will infiltrate the world.

Adriene, I always think of telling you and then forget at the end of the session. I love how when I do it with my earphones, I can hear your slow heartbeat! Today also I heard some calming bells at the background! Love it!

Every time Adriene asks us to release something, my mind immediately goes to anger I have toward someone or something. Doing Breath, and now Home, I feel so much lighter in mind and body -- releasing that which no longer serves me, my anger. This has been such a painful past 11 months since my area's original lockdown in March 2020. I just want to release, release, release!

It never ceases to amaze me after 45 day, how much I have learned and how strong I am becoming, then with the turn of a downward facing dog how much I don’t know and how not strong I am. But LOVELOVELOVE yoga with Adriene!

After a very challenging month in April after a severe ankle sprain and foot fracture, I have been humbled by my injury. I am a physical therapist and have always turned to yoga and love your videos. I've been tailoring my home rehab with your videos that I think I can tolerate and they are helping me find small victories. Two weeks ago, I only did floor practices. Last week, I could not do a three-legged dog. This week, I completed the video and was able to do the three-legged dog! Thank you.

Thank you Adriene for helping me to find my home within. Knowing that I am on a journey to find peace no matter what is going on in my outer world. I strive to do yoga everyday but don't beat myself up if I miss one. Today is catch up and I am doing 2 sessions because yesterday was spent with a very special person, my daughter. What great memories we created. Now back to creating some inner peace so I can be there for the ones I love. Everyone take care!
