Nordic curls at home

Equipment necessary:
-sturdy door
-sturdy belt
-soft towel

1. Secure belt around ankles
2. Portion of belt that is against floor goes under door first
3. Portion of belt closest to ceiling goes under door next
4. With belt completely under door, scoot backwards a few inches
5. Perform Nordic curl

Genius! I was trying it by crushing my feet under couches and beds and it just wasn't worth it 😂 this is basically as good as a Nordic bench.

just change the screws in your hinges for 3" ones. That will give you the strength you need so the door won't get damaged. Builders normally used the ones that came as kit with the hinges. Probably, 3/4" or less.
