Looks like you’re already past this point, but when you initially start doing them, I recommend using a workout air ball with your hands at the bottom of the rep so that you aren’t just dropping to the ground and taking the tension off your legs.That technique helped me cut the progress time in half.

this is awesome!! I started nordics as part of my ACL reconstruction rehab, and my goal is do to be able to do a floating one eventually, haha!!

What kind of bands did you use? I have physical therapy ones, but I'm not sure if they take enough load away

Bad form.. you curve your butt too much just to cheat the full movement..
