delayed gratification is the answer. Take your time with your bulk. Just like you said “you have to bulk for atleast 1 year”. I did it for 16 months and I had an incredible bulk.

before i found you i believed in the maingaining nonsense. I was a small 5'11 150 pounder thinking i was the shit until I saw people lifting 4x the amount i was doing. I found this channel and started to bulk, its been a year and a half im pushing 190 and still have ab outlines and finally lift the amount of weight I never thought I would ever hit and get alot of complements from people telling me how wide and big I am. Preciate what you do and keep giving great advice

The clarification of training for hypertrophy or maximum strength is awesome to hear. Getting stronger in the set/rep range used is a great metric because we should be tracking it anyway. These videos give me hope for the fitness industry.

I went from 69kg to 77kg (max) in 5-6 months and went have been at 75-76 for the last month of that. Honestly I get compliments for how big I look every week. Whilst all of it is not muscle, it does not take away from the fact that the average person will think I look jacked in clothes. Bulking works and I'm so glad i followed your advice

I've been training for close to 40 years and I've been following your channel from the beginning. You are mirroring the very same things I discovered during my bbing/lifting "career". I gained around 30lbs the first 2 years, then the progress began to slow down, even with all the extra food/calories. After about age 35, it was getting easier to get fat. Without PEDs you can only get away with eating 3000-4000 calories at day until the diminishing returns become apparent, no matter how much you workout.

Honestly man I just gotta thank you for convincing me to bulk and to fix my program.
Went from being 68 kg, training like 3 hours at the gym on a ppl split and wondering why I wasn't making any progress.
To being 78 kg,
Training around 1-2 hours at the gym on a upper- lower split, doubling down on intensity, and making steady and swift progress.

Honestly wondering how you aren't more popular.

I'm so glad I found your channel. Been following your advice and I stopped doing a shit ton of volume and started taking my bulk more seriously and the gains are coming. Probably gonna keep bulking until I hit intermediate lifting standards... unless I get too fat.

I've watched your videos for a while now and fell for the Greg trap maingaining. Finally started bulking and I went from benching 135 for 5 barely to 135 for 10x3 sets in like a month

I havent used a scale in years, i always go by the mirror. I can take a dump and lose 6 lbs or eat a meal and gain 5lbs. So constantly weighing yourself will make you obsessive.

I have been bulking for almost 3 months and have only gained 3 pounds and making amazing progress so far. The bulk does not need to be crazy. This is my 2nd bulk too.

I have been watching your videos for a while man and you are slowly reversing the effect that all those perma shredded models did to my brain.
Starting bulking 1 month ago and all my weights going up and i dont feel like constantly shooting myself in the head eating as much food as a prepubescent girl.
