I'll try lemon water next need to buy. I've tired most of your remedies for sinus headaches. I have an infection awaiting surgery and get recurring sinusitis. I use to get migraines when much younger but I must say these are just as bad. Debilitating, limits on what I can do. From social things to simple household chores. Always open to new things. I find that working out the build up of sinus mucus via pressure and manually moving it down through face, head & into lymph nodes bottom of neck can help too. Don't have tennis ball, but I layed down and applied pressure on both sides on the back of my head/neck. It seemed to lessened the pain on my left side of my nose.
