This helped so much, I’ve been trying to complete a 1 handed push-up and I finally got my first one today!! My archer pushups gave sky rocketed as well. Excellent video

You just spoke that into my life. I have not worked out as much as I should since being at home. I’ve been eating like trash and going back to old ways. I worked out yesterday and it has kicked my ass like it’s the first time I’ve ever worked out. I was on the fence of not working out today but after your words, im going to get back on it and handle my business. I’ve worked too hard before this pandemic to let it go to waste. I am a 64 year old gym rat and following your workouts. I do have a decent home gym because here in Tokyo where I live they don't allow people with Tattoos in most gyms.

You can put ALOT of weight on your chest going from arm to arm, it's crazy, and you can do one arm negatives, if you can't do single arm pushups. I think you can train your bench press up, by just doing pullup, and pushup variations.

Chest is definitely the one body part that I feel will suffer from this working out at home. There are quite numerous ways to hit other muscle groups, but you cannot mimic the overload on weight from the machines on your chest. Thank you for this video it will carry me through for these next few weeks ❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
