Even though I've been through this before, I never learn to recognize the symptoms when it comes around again. Still being exhausted after 8 hours sleep. Isolating myself and canceling plans for No reason. Being lethargic. Losing interest in my hobbies and watching crap online. Finding it hard to focus or think at work. Videos like this really help.

To anyone who reads this you're awesome and whatever it is you're going through, it is temporary and you're stronger than you think

You are to scared to take your own life in what many would consider suicide, but are fine letting your health go so you will die eventually.

How do you treat someone that is suicidal but doesn't ever try and do it? Our history shows people only tend to react to the aftermath instead of working on avoiding the issue from happening. Add that doctors tend to stick with the text book statistics on treating people and you have a mess of people that need help and no one cares.

2. Reliance on social media. Because of my lack of validation. I am always seeking it, but at the cost of my happiness.
4. Unpredictable sleep pattern (almost 5:30am here in the UK and I haven't slept yet)
5. Unpredictable mood swings. I can be so relaxed one minute. Then very hostile the next.

Appreciate you guys always helping me acknowledge my faults and ways to try and deal with them.

The fact that every word in this video describes my life is just- wow.
honestly i tried seeking help. ive been to therapy. and it just made me worse. by the point where id been going for a few months, id had gotten completely worse. every time i tried seeking help it just got ignored. so i don’t see a point in trying :/
kinda crazy… this has been more recently too. it was better before, but now…
Im so tired all the time and go to sleep so much earlier than i usually do.
Im feeling rebellious and wanting to do things i shouldnt.
i spend more time online because i have people online that i need to be a therapist for.
i find no interest in anything anymore. not even YouTube seems to please me.
and the other day i lost an online friend, and i was so upset. and i just went back to acting normal after a bit. i could be so angry one moment and normal the next.

Whenever I was stressed, sad, angry or any negative emotions to calm myself down I would draw, I loved drawing..But now I stopped having motivation to draw and drawing doesn't help me calm down anymore. Anyways love your videos! 💕

I'm so glad I found this channel. The art is very cute and the tips/info in each video are really helpful and uplifting. I know dealing with taking care of oneself is hard but I'm slowly working to change it for myself and I know everyone else can too. Ur not alone in this. We should all be helping each other. Self love is very important so don't give up. ^_^ that's all I wanted to say. Hope everyone has a great day and stay safe and healthy

Well, I’ve been having problems with myself with mistakes and accidents and suspensions and being out of control with stuff and always say stuff I didn’t mean to happen that bad, but I’ve always learned that I’m going to be positive, and ignore the rough stuff.

At the begining of this year, after being years with a crippling depression, over a decade, I decided to finally change and do something about it. It has indeed worked for me but it didn't matter how hard I tried or how far I went in my self healing, this including my new perceptions, positivity and and strenght, I always happened to stumble and fall over the minimum triggers. I got overwhelmed and intriged by it because I couldn't put where I was failing and I was even coming to the conclusion that I was a failure and guilt started to show up in my life again until I find out about a month ago what was "my problem". When I was a child, over 8 years old I guess, I suffered sexual abuse and psyological terrorism from my aunt. She made me feel like I was a horrible person and she treatened by saying she would tell it to my parents if I didn't behave. She killed all my potential to build self confidence and have a positive perspective of this world. No wonder I'm a 25 yo that never dated and still lives with his parents. Now it is a bless but at the same time a curse that I know the truth. Everything seems even more meaningless to me and I lack the energy and motivation to go on. Idk what to do and I'm tired, lost and holpless. I'm sick of it. I can't even cry.
