I was in physical therapy for hip alignment for a while and it still bothers me years later. The mobilization helped, and your maintenance strength exercises are legit as I used these exact ones in PT. Great video, thank you so much! I feel better now

I been having this problem for like 10 years. Im 22 and been going to the gym, always had trouble with every exercise i woukd feel tension throughout my whole upper body, when i walk i even feel assymetrical and my right leg dragging itself and not really stepping. Found my hips realigned after the second set. Heard little clicks after releasing the hold in the second set of realigning technique. Got up out of bed at 4 am. to do it. Pain is less but not gone. I'm the morning ill do the strengthing exercised. Thank you.

Thanks! My issue was VERY major. My internal organs and spine had and back muscles had "morphed" and shifted. Avoided visiting the doctor as I am a broke teen. Was a very major issue, also had caused me some nervous system damage probably, but this, in just 4 times of doing it(with a decent amount of force) fixed my issue largely. (I am taking pauses as now I feel a bit nauseated, probably due to the organs and nerves shifts.(Underestimated the effect.) Really really thanks ❤

Thank you! These exercises feel wonderful! Though very active all my life (running, ballet, yoga, etc.) I have been thinking I had to live with this uneven hips for decades. Age 65, and now finding your exercises wonderful!
