Ive had pain ever since i was a kid. I was hit by a truck when i was walkimg home at 12, and after hitting growth spurts is when the damage really revealed itself. I had a spinal laminectamy in the l5 s1 disc at 20 and have had pain almost my whole life. Went to a chiropractor once who put me on a vobrating machine that did temporary relief and did nothing else for me. Your excersizes have been a godsend.
