If it's not a peer reviewed article then it shouldn't even be a story. It's self reported. They don't even know what they ate. Eat healthy foods and stop this nonsense.

Reading these comments gives me hope. No one is buying this. It also tells me that a lot more of us are fasting and making better decisions about our eating and health… which means they’re losing money and getting desperate. The wanted us addicted to that processed crap, eating three meals a day, with snacks THEN on Ozempic to “manage our weight”. Sickening!

This is ridiculous. Participants in this research are people who recorded doing some form of intermittent fasting over (ONLY🤔) 2 days somewhere between 2003-2018.
