"No connection" is quite blatantly false as it has been an effective tool for many. Every clip in this video contains fried foods. I don't think it's wise to take any information from this video.

Amazing I can find 1000’s of people on YouTube who have lost weight I am one of them I use 18/6 method and count calories 1800 or less
