What a disgrace, 8 hour feeding window? So if i eat breakfast at 10am, no lunch, then dinner just before 6pm thats going to raise heart attack risk. Are they serious? LOL. The AHA is a disgrace. How the hell is that even considered "fasting" for an 8 hour window? Im hungry around 10am, i eat. i go about my day. i get hungry again around 5:30pm, I eat. I wont feel hungry until tomorrow morning. This is my normal routine without even trying. What a joke this is absolute propaganda.

I started intermitent fasting 7 weeks ago and i'm down 14 lbs and more importantly i've adjusted my belt buckle 2 slots already. I have a long way to go to achieve my goal but I feel better already and off to a good start (I think). This is more fearmongering by the main stream media.
