I counted calories for years on lose it and could keep my weight steady. When I combined calorie counting and intermittent fasting I lost about 18 pound or more. I tried to eat 1200 calories a day and combined it with a 16 to 18 hour fast. 9am to 3 pm.

Better to do calorie counting or eating in small portion daily. Big question is can you do intermittent fasting if your unhealthy?

Will remember this when my sister in law gets annoying, and starts impolite chatter about dieting at the dinner table. And will promptly remind her that I only eat 1-2 small meals a day and am still fat. Lol
