I've been looking for a quick, to the point early workout. Only 10 minutes, not so daunting. I've been holding 5 pound weights, to work my arms at the same time. Thank you for posting this!

Will this be helpful for someone with ankylosing spondilitis? I have been diagnosed a year ago and have pain in my sacroilliac joints

Looks like a great routine especially for days when the weather keeps you indoors. So glad they stopped the video so she could tie her shoe. Lol.
