Welcome to this balance and control, deep core workout.

The moves might be tiny but the results will be mighty! This quick, 10 minute workout will activate your deep core as you work to stabilize the body during each movement. This will transfer into better balance, posture and full body control.

This quick but challenging bodyweight only class will leave you feeling strong and energized for your day! Great on it's own or can be used as an ab finisher at the end of another workout.

I started doing dumbells 2 years ago. My back always ache. I started to do your videos 3 weeks ago and last week on one of your videos you commented that if you have back issues we should try core exercises. Today was the 2nd Core Video I did an my back hurts waaaay less. Thank you. I wish you put more. Greetings from Costa Rica.

I have scoliosis my balance is not what it can and should be also my mind body coordination is so off
I have learned that this is very reason for my scoliosis
This morning as we started the core workout I couldn't even sit Indian style my right hip just feels so locked up
I continued with the meditation and breathing and moved into the core workout with you
I know that my body needs training I can feel that within myself
it did feel really good though
But the best part for me was at the end during the cool down when you had me in plank position while raising and extending alternate arm and leg while looking straight forward with spine lined up
I kept tipping over
Until you said "using that core to stabilize the body... pull the limbs out" it was my AHA MOMENT 🙏🏻🤗☺️
I did as you said and suddenly I wasn't tipping over anymore
Which brought me to tears
