I also have anger issue 😅 But i do meditation everyday. and that practice really helped to stay calm and peaceful all day. I can controle my anger lil bit now😢

heyy love ur videos, what if setting boundaries doesn't work because when u tell them that the way they treated u isn't acceptable they start a fight over it and it worse. and they keep disrespecting u and everyone. and how do u treat people who comment in a bad way on whatever u do or say or wear and they think they have the right to do it.
