In this video, I talk about My Weight Loss Journey and How I Lost 75 lbs as a teen. These are the tips that helped me lose weight and begin to build muscle!

What I recommend 👇
1. To lose weight start with a calorie deficit of between 300-500 calories.
2. do moderate cardio
3. start a beginner weight lifting program (helps with building muscle and reducing loose skin)
4. try and consume roughly 70-80% clean foods (keeps you more full) and the rest can be whatever you want.
5. DON'T LOSE WEIGHT TOO FAST - a moderate weight loss rate of 1-2 lbs per week is sufficient as your body will be able to adjust (no more than 10 lbs a month).
6. After you have achieved your desired weight then build up your metabolism with reverse dietting (i have another vid covering that on my channel).
7. Don't be too hard on yourself, we all start somewhere, and even just starting slow is great as long as you are making positive changes.

Did you actually have loose skin?? And did you notice it start to tighten up over time or was it just never loose?
