I too lost 20 kgs in 3 months, but not by following this routine. I do gym for 2 hours a daily, reduce the amount of food intake. My food routine would be ike having ragi malt & dry fruits in morning, brown rice with sabzi, dal and rasam, curd in afternoon, ofcourse in small portions for each item, fruits in the evening and one chapati with peanut butter at night. Definitely, there were cheat meals but still i did lose 20 kgs. I was 120 kgs earlier, 100 now.. my weight seems to have been struck at 100kg, it's not going below that mark.. still being perseverant.. and keeping my efforts. I won't back down till i am 60kgs. When I come down to 60kgs, i will have my own story to tell to the world.

Liked your title. Because it's on reality. Years of weight can't be gone in 2 weeks or even a month.
Healthy weight loss is 4 months minimum...

Water intake tricks
1 litre water in morning
1/2 litre before half an hr of lunch and dinner
1 litre after lunch and dinner
Have a handy bottle with you always.
Whenever you feel hungry sip water first, so it will fill your hunger .

Ma'am there are alot of tricks to complete your water intake like setting alarm, keeping water bottle in front of your workspace, take 1-1 liters of water in 3-4 shafts etc so for complete water intake we can use these tricks.
