THIS!!! Everybody is running around talking about akkermansia but doesn't take it just a step or two further to figure out if they need it or how to take it safely. So glad this video is around and the longer one as well... check out Dr Hyman's full length interview with this gentleman it's absolutely fascinating

Fascinating glad I say this before taking. Having mucin depletion in gut lining and eating carnivore has helped a lot would have been a bad move adding the probiotic

Akkermansia has changed my life. But I eat clean, real food. Mostly from my backyard garden and local farms. I have Crohn’s disease, fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and type 2 diabetes. Slowly I’m healing.

Wow!! This is very eye opening. I took Akkermansia for leaky gut after seeing all the positive articles but had an allergic reaction and had to stop. I dont have any food allergies. I wonder if it would help if I have fiber supplements with Akkermansia.

Sound Right to me... IMO the thing that most discussions about the "Benefits" of This-or-That MICROBIOME Advise is the very real concept that, "Too Much of a 'good' Thing is often a BAD Thing..." and that goes for feeding so-called "Good-Bacteria". StayWellEveryone
