This FUSION workout:
-includes lots of new movements inspired by pilates & yoga,
-is floor only, no standing up
-equipment is optional (ankle weights)
-it's "a little bit of everything" workout which means full body workout
-will make you strong in so many ways
Why I love "a little bit of everything" workout?
-If you're short on time, a full body workout allows you to train multiple muscle group in one session. Each muscle group is stimulated
-Full body workouts engage more muscles and require more energy
-With full body workouts, if you miss a day, you've still trained your entire body multiple times during the week so less worry about missed sessions
-Full body workouts can be adjusted to fit your needs with a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises
-Can elevate your heart rate more effectively than isolated exercises, improving cardiovascular fitness ♥︎
