I really felt the burn in my booty the first exercices because it was sore since the workout of yesterday

I dunno what it is (sound, ambiance, moves, ??), but she has made me diligent in working out - first in my entire years of existence and 'trying' exercise.
I've done her 2 1week sets & 1month (on my 2nd try along this current set).
I don't see any significant changes in appearance (i dont weigh/measure), but I do notice that I don't have neck strain as I used to in doing some moves, I have more control on the movement (still legs shaking, yes, yes), my wrists can stand the all 4s moves longer than before. Doing her sets made me look forward to doing sets.

Now on to the 6th day of her 1month set.🫠

day 1: ✅ was nice and easy, i added 1 min plank to it

day 2: ✅ waaa didn’t know 20 mins could be that hard lol.

day 3: ✅ love it when my stomach feels tight after the pilates

update: i finished my 2 weeks! overall, i see changes with my waist specially. With proper diet, you can see your results!

I’m now proceeding to 1 month pilates plan, mwa 💋

Had to redo this as day4 because I didn't felt the burn in the right places. Apparently, I wasn't controlling the negative enough and I wasn't in a calm environment so I was going faster than I realised. Slow and Controlled with proper form really makes the difference

Day 3 done! I think this is gonna be my favourite workout by now. It nearly killed me in the middle, but it was still manageable to get to the end. Thank you!! I believe that with your workouts, Madeleine, I will have the best body

Didn't really find any changes in my body but God did it make me want to workout more? Ty for making me fall in love with pilates looking forward to body changes after this challenge gets over!!
