This is the way to go . People eat way more than necessary for health and happiness. I enjoy food way more appreciate it way more when I only eat once a day.

This is how to keep things going long term... do omad untill you have lost weight then do 2mad to maintain and when you want to gain eat from 2-6 this will give you a big enough window to add more protein.

I've been mainly omad for about 6 years. There's no way I could eat that much food at one sitting anymore. I miss being able to eat that much. Now I'm omad carnivore and am lucky to eat 1500 calories. The stomach shrinks over time or something. I might could eat that much volume in ice cream though.

I am on day 1 and I get to eat at 3pm. I have been walking and doing work all day plus drinking lots of water. I broke my ankle hiking and gained unwanted weight from not being able to work out. I am now back in the gym and walking daily. I added OMAD to my weight loss goal because it is something I know I can maintain. I am so happy I stumbled upon your YouTube channel, and I have subscribed. This will be a great tool to help me on my journey.

I have a question.
I'm doing OMAD, this is what I eat in an hour window.
1. Half avocado.
2. 5 stalks of celery.
3. Two pieces of butter.
4. A little goat cheese.
5. a can of sardines.
6. half a glass of (kefir, collagen and yogurt)
Once I finish, after 20 minutes I get a tremendous sleep.
Compared to what I see in the video, I think that the amount that Ryan Johnson eats is little.
Could you give me some advice, thank you.

I’ve just started. Could barely get 1, 000 calories in. I hope that gets easier.

Honestly, even for a big dude, that protein is probably excessive. Steak alone is going to be 125g. 3 eggs is 18. 30 in the shake. 173 grams before we even get to jambalaya and broccoli (which is relatively high protein for a veg and is probably 5g). No dis to the meal at all! Just, you know, he didn't need that shake probably. lol
