Doing it everyday is quite hard actually. You need to at least have rest days in order for your muscles to relax from getting too worked up.

Stop this madness, no need for 100 push ups every day smh... Your muscles grow faster by giving them time to recover, by doing this every day you put your muscles, tendons and shoulders at a pressure and one day you will not only get injury but also burn more muscles than gain. I do 5 sets of 12-14-11-11-14 with 2 min rest intervals between each set and do this workout twice in 10 day period together with pull ups and dibs and look twice as muscular as this guy in the same time frame

Seeing his progress inspires me although I'm more skinny than him but I'm sure we've got the same difficulty in the beginning of this challenge. Seeing his body change in just day 5 feels a lot in me, you can't notice it clearly and must lost faith in the process but yet you'll see that if only you have the guts to continue this challenge surely you'll get the body you wanted. No pain, no gain. This is the sign I'll starting pushing ups tomorrow and probably take some photos to be able to see my progress also. Photos will surely help.

30 days pushup won't do much i am on the journey doing 200+ pushups per day sets till mechanical failure after 3 months im seeing a bit result on my way within one month I noticed that I had gotten stronger no visible changes so don't get sad doing 100 pushups and not getting results because that's not enough keep grinding until result comes itself don't look for it

Be careful of exercising like this. I stuffed up my shoulder and had to sleep with a pillow under my arm for months. Im back into it, and doing 100-150 pushs 3 days a week
