When we do any workout by our body our any kind of muscle exer. Our body damaged muscle and then repair

Bro all of you can do daily, , , just keep in mind to also do Some pull moments along with it like pullups or rows, , , and don't do pushups till failure rep if you are doing daily, ,,you can reach to 2 3 reps before failure, , STAY HARD ❤️🔥

As other commentators said, it's about adaptation. If a person can do 50 max then doing 30-35 is won't affect anything. For wrist one can use push up bar

I've been doing pushups daily for 3 months now and my chest has built a lot of muscle and I've never experienced any kind of wrist pain in thr long run.
Also my triceps are much more defined now
In the first few days there was some pain but it got away
