Definitely the best bodyweight exercise in my opinion. Started doing 100+ when I couldn't go the gym everyday, these clearly help with gains. I found variations like triangular pushups, pike pushups, archer push ups really effective as well, helps train the shoulders and triceps. You guys should surely. try them out!!!

I'm 62 y/o now. I've been working out almost 50 years. I've had to do all kinds of adjustments over the years to get what I want. Currently I do the chest fly machine, moderate weight until failure and immediately get on the floor and rack out pushups to failure. Do about 3 sets of this and then follow up with bodyweight dips for 3 sets to failure to round out my chest part of my workout. Same chest measurement and definition as when I was 25 years old and lifting heavy weights and tearing up my joints.

I fifty six years I do three hundred push ups every other day but . But I make sure when I can't do three hundred I do a hundred. This video is real helpful. Appreciate you.💯💯💯💯

It takes more just One exersize to build your arms and shoulders. You have to do chin-ups pull upush ups. Close grip wide grip Parallel bars

If you wanna do 100 push-ups a day I suggest you to start doing 50 push-ups for 2 weeks so it will be easier aftet

Upstate I did 2, 000 push ups daily, combinations of regular push ups, navy seals, and kick outs.

Hey i just wanna know if what Iam doing is crt? or not. Is 100 push ups a day means complete 100 in like 1 hr span of time or is it doing 2 sets of 20’s in the morning and 3 sets of 20’s in evening. Is this also good? or should i do all 100 all sets at once by taking small breaks?? I wanna how this works

Surely, if you keep doing press-ups every day without a break, your chest never gets chance to repair itself and grow.

Do 30 or 50 in set and slowely more beneficail than 100.more u will get shoulder pain. Hand pain.

Yep, I do 100 pushups daily easily, Not at once but several times on a set of 20-30, and on elevated surface like wall, desk, kitchen counter and on knees. I even perform pushup during my long flight or on a long road trip.
I found clapping hands pushups are twice effective than just pushup. Or just with me? The 2 my favorite daily dos are pushups and touching shoulder planks.
