This is what happened after 7 months of training this way. I used progressive overload, adding one rep every week for every exercise. I got very buff however I suffered from golfers elbow injury on both arms which occurs due to overuse of forearms muscle. GUYS keep in mind this workout doesnt address forearm extensors and flexors strengthing so DO THIS WORKOUT KEEPING IN MIND CORRECTIONS EXERCISES. And dont forget to stretch

I did this routine for a month and yes it worked i gain some muscle (no especific diet just low in carbs) I also improve in strength, I would love to see more of this programs on your channel keep the good work love your channel !
