Foam rolling is so important but I would rather see the model slowly rolling to and staying on tense area. It is so much more beneficial than rolling back and forth. He should be sitting on the tense area until your brain tells the muscle to release. Continuous rolling just skips over some necessary areas instead of focusing on the tightest spots.
