OK I see that question has already been answered and I completely understand your thorough explanation of that makes sense. I have scoliosis with an ask her, so I’m used to doing most everything on both sides.

Hi taro I’m coming here after watching you scoliosis brain retraining videos from 8 months ago. Me personally i have a upper back scoliosis(mild thoracic scoliosis to my right). My question is do those exercises help you to lessen the curve angle of the spine meaning straightening the spine or do they just help you feel better with the curvature that you have if that makes sense. If you have any more exercises and tips me and a lot more people would like to hear them😊

hello, thank you for your videos and information. today I signed up for the master class, which is the link below, I started to watch it on my phone and about 5mins in it stops, when you start to talk about the slides and i can not see any thing.
I accidentally, when watching it on my lap top, clicked the complete button and did not realise that this was complete to say i had watched the course, which i had not. is there any way I can watch this as every time i sign in it says its complete, which it is not.
I can not find a way to go back.
