My daily intermittent fasting routine

16 hours fasting

8 hours eating window

My Eating Window starts from 9am Morning and finish at 5pm Evening


My Sleeping Routine 9pm and get up fixed at 5am early morning

80 mints early morning walk only

Every day, I intake 16 to 20 glasses of water
( Room temperature)


My Breakfast
Around 9am

10 Almonds: (whole night soaked in water)

4 Boiled eggs:
1 egg with York
3 eggs without York

Around 11am snack time:
1 medium size Apple
6 cashews
6 pistachio
2 walnuts




Lunch 1:30

Chicken+dal mong Soup
Or

Mutton Qeema

Or

mutton without oil

Mixed vegetables with any protein source with 1 table spoon Extra Vergin Olive Oil
With bowl of Salad


Dinner 5pm

2 CD types
Oats chilla

Or
Oats milk

Or

Chicken kababs

Or

Chicken grilled Tikka

Or

oats egg omelette

Or

Mixed vegetables with chicken.

With out Andy physical activity or workout u can’t break ur weight and second zip ur mouth say no to sugar fried things etc etc and third one week me one kgs sy zaida weight nahi reduce kerna healthy weight lost hota hai one month me 4 kgs
