Day 9 on Water fasting with 1 tsp salt add to water. Drinking about 3 litter. today I felt dizzy and want to threw up. so I found this video. it's helpful

I've done a 34 day water fast and an 8 day dry fast and I always love how I end up feeling on them.

I am on day 6. Shopping and cooking for my big family. With food all around me 24/7. Cakes, take-aways, snacks.
I never told anyone that I am fasting. I didnt feel any dizziness or physical distress. But my mind was in such panic! Esp. first 2 days. I was constantly, every second thinking about what I could not eat. I lost about 3 kilos in 6 days. Yes. Hardly motivating. I started worrying that once I would break my fast, it will all come back at once. For now I am gonna continue, not sure for how long. My only motivation is that i am not hungry physically ( but so wishing to staff myself mentally ), far less than my usual intermittent 23/1 fasting. Thanks for your tips.

I've watched 1000+ hours of fasting and videos. This helps me stay motivated and engaged.
I usually break during the afternoon, weight loss before and after videos.

Great video, you've got some great points and I can confirm they do help.

I'm on my day 4 water fast, planning to make it 7 days, but if I can, I will make 10 days, then 14 days for my maximum results. And I know that it's worth it. And also plan to be healthy and clean eating after this. Goodluck for my journey

I get soooo impatient during fasting. All I think is "When is this over?" Can't really concentrate which is why I think about food a lot. 😄

Thank you for your video. I too am on day 5 of a 14 day fast! Trying to stay motivated and watching success stories is a huge help! Day 4 was rough. I was depressed and witchy.( my poor hubby)
For refeedng I intend to do intermittent fasting. Likely 16/8 to begin with.

thank you, i was a model and i have plenty of money, for covid gained around 80 lbs becouse of anxiety and loss all jobs for model, i did so long a 12 hour fasting, but now is really hard, i'm in my 36 hour and im struggling, almost fail, my stomach dont stop anonying me for food, but your video make my joourny more motivated, thank you and sorry for my bad english
