a few days ago I was struggling a lot, and then I said to myself, okay I actually don't have control over dpdr. Lets just work. and I guess it helped me a lot.

Sounds like you have a really good dad. With the wisdom and advice he would give you. And This video was helpful. Because I feel like I have made progress but have been feeling so tired of this process and problem. But you’re exactly right, I have no choice but to move forward. I have a 6 year old son.

Only thing that keeps me from fulling recovering rn is the wat if thoughts bc it drives me into a panic attack an the pressure on my head feels like I got pressure in my head

Hi..you probably might not even read this but ..im 15 and i have severe dpdr..did you ever feel like you were just going to disolve like literally like nothing is real alone in the whole universe? Like its really lonely..i dont even think that im writing this rn..existential thoughts that get me into a panic attack..ive had this for almost a yr now and i had recovered..for mobths together i didnt feel this..and now its back and its just so scary and its really had to keep going im exhausted and just tired..and no matter how hard i try others cant understand and its just really lonely..i go into my head and i just dont know how im even real..any advice?
