Awesome tips. I’m trying to do more plant based as well especially when you don’t have a ton of time to exercise

Nice video Stacey! Very good tips. What I found also worked for me was having a heavier lunch than dinner i.e. cutting out all carbs after 6 pm and only having salads thereafter.
